How to make jelly soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients. Separate the peach gum, soapberry rice, snow fungus and white fungus into four bowls and soak them in cold water before going to bed the night before.

2. Soak the Tremella for 30 minutes, 8 hours in summer and 10-12 hours in winter.

3. Remove the impurities from the soaked peach gum, drain the water and set aside, remove the stems of the white fungus and tear it into small pieces, add appropriate amounts of rock sugar, red dates and wolfberries and set aside

4. Pour peach gum, snow fungus, snow lotus seeds and white fungus into the pot, add about 15 times the amount of water, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours (bring to a boil over high heat and then turn to low heat).

5. Finally, add red dates, wolfberries and rock sugar and cook for 10 minutes before serving.

6. The finished product is out. The snow fungus and peach gum have been boiled until they are dissolved in water and are very thick. The gelatin of the white fungus has also come out and is very soft and sticky like jelly. It will become more delicious after being stored.

7. You can also add pure milk and coconut milk.
