How to make homemade jam yogurt

Exquisite dishes are the result of careful consideration with clever minds, but some dishes in life that look delicious and beautiful are actually not as difficult to make as imagined. Take the homemade jam and yogurt dish for example. Prepare the ingredients, stir-fry over medium heat until the ingredients become soft, sprinkle with chopped green onions to enhance the flavor, and then serve.

1. Prepare milk and probiotics.

2. Sterilize the milk container with boiling water.

3. Pour the milk into a sterilized container, add the bacterial powder and stir for one minute.

4. Put some warm water at the bottom, the temperature should be around 35 degrees.

5. Put the yogurt pot in, cover it with a lid, and plug it in for ten hours. I usually do it at night and it’s ready in the morning.

6. It looks very thick, like tofu pudding, then put it in the refrigerator.

7. When eating, take appropriate amount of yogurt and add homemade strawberry jam. For the preparation of strawberry jam, please refer to my previous recipe.

8. Stir well and enjoy.

It is worthwhile to spend some time making some simple dishes yourself, which are not only delicious but also healthy. Homemade jam and yogurt are easy to make and suitable for busy office workers.
