1. Separate the egg white and yolk and put them in a clean container. First, add 10 grams of sugar and a little salt to the egg yolk, stir thoroughly until the sugar is dissolved, then add oil and mix well, then add milk and mix well, then add sifted low-gluten flour, mix well, and finally add raisins, mix well and set aside.

2. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg white, beat it with an electric whisk until it forms relatively large bubbles, then add one-third of white sugar, continue beating until the egg white forms relatively thick and coarse bubbles, then add another one-third of white sugar; continue beating until the egg white is relatively fine, add the remaining white sugar when traces of the whisk appear; continue beating until the meringue does not flow out when the eggbeater is turned upside down, and there is a little hook at the top corner of the meringue when the whisk is lifted.

3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius; then add the meringue to the egg yolk paste three times, and stir it up and down with a spatula to make a cake paste.

4. Pour the cake batter into a baking tray lined with wax paper or high-temperature cloth, then pick up the baking tray and knock it on the table a few times to burst the large bubbles, then put it into the oven and bake it on the middle layer at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

5. Turn the baked cake upside down on the baking rack, remove the baking paper at the bottom, and let it cool.

6. Place the cooled cake on wax paper (dark side facing up), apply a little honey on the surface; then roll it up and let it stand for about 30 minutes to let it set. After it is formed, remove the wax paper and cut it into pieces.
