How to make pickled cabbage, pork and vermicelli soup

The busy life makes many people be careless about their diet, and they deal with their three meals a day casually. Little do they know that this can easily lead to a sub-healthy state of the body. In fact, the sauerkraut, pork and vermicelli soup is simple and delicious to prepare. It is a recommended home-cooked dish that you may as well eat often.

1. Wash the sauerkraut and set aside.

2. After the cooked white meat has cooled, cut it into thin slices and set aside.

3. After adding appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heating it, add chopped green onion and sauerkraut and stir-fry, add white meat and stir-fry for a few times, add appropriate amount of old soup and dried chili and cook for about 10 minutes.

4. Add the vermicelli soaked in advance and appropriate amount of salt and cook for about 5 minutes.

5. Add MSG and minced garlic and serve.

If you want to eat nutritiously and healthily, cooking by yourself is undoubtedly the best choice. Sauerkraut, pork and vermicelli soup is easy to make, which provides us with more choices.
