1. Dissolve the yeast in warm water and add it to the flour and stir until it becomes cotton-like.

2. Mix the mixture into three ingredients and ferment it in a warm place for about an hour.

3. Prepare the filling and cut the ingredients as shown in the picture.

4. Add seasoning

6. The dough is ready when it does not bounce back when pressed by a finger.

7. Get rid of bubbles and ferment for secondary fermentation

8. Divide into small doses

9. Press into small discs

10. Add appropriate amount of fillings

11. Wrap well

12. Wrap everything up and leave for about 20 minutes.

13. Put the food into the pot with cold water. After the water boils, steam it on high heat for 20 minutes and then steam it for 2 minutes before serving.
