How to make pork ribs stewed with sauerkraut (fried steamed buns)

2. Prepare the ingredients: pickled cabbage and potato vermicelli

3. Add salt, onion, ginger and dark soy sauce to stir-fry the ribs, add water until the ribs are marinated and stew for 30 minutes
