How to cook fish with pickled cabbage

Nowadays, many people neglect their own health and do not pay attention to what they eat on weekdays. They just buy some food outside. 1. Prepare the fish. I used the fish meat part.

2. Prepare shredded ginger and garlic

3. Cut the fish into half finger size

4. Place the fish on a plate, add salt, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, and shredded ginger and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5. Wash the pickled cabbage, wring out some water and set aside

6. Add oil to the pan and stir-fry the garlic until fragrant

7. Pour in sauerkraut, add salt and stir-fry. Fry the sauerkraut until fragrant and dry.

8. Then add appropriate amount of water and cook for 2 minutes after boiling.

9. Place the marinated fish pieces on the sauerkraut and cook over medium-low heat for 8 minutes to allow the flavor of the sauerkraut to cook into the fish.

10. After cooking, add a little MSG and mix well.

11. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with some chopped green onions.
