How to make cabbage and minced meat fried rice

Chinese people have always been particular about food. How well one eats is often linked to a person's living standard. We should not deal with three meals a day casually. Some people may find it troublesome and too lazy to cook for themselves. In fact, cabbage and minced meat fried rice is easy to make. It only takes a little time to complete. 1. Main ingredients: cabbage, meat, cucumber, carrot, onion, ginger, garlic

3. Dice the carrots and peel the cucumbers and dice them

4. Remove the tendons from the cabbage and cut into strips

5. Chop the green onion, ginger and garlic, and separate the green onion whites and green onion leaves.

6. Chop the meat into minced meat and add some chopped ginger. (I couldn't use all the meat, so I chopped it all up and froze the rest)

7. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the minced meat until it turns white. Set aside

9. Add carrots and cabbage and stir fry

11. Pour in the rice and stir fry together. Add half a spoon of cooking wine

12. Add half a spoon of dark soy sauce, add it along the edge of the pot, and stir-fry

13. Add the diced cucumber and a small spoonful of sugar and stir-fry.

14. Add a small spoonful of salt

15. Add a small spoonful of chicken essence

16. Add half a teaspoon of thirteen spices

17. Sprinkle some pepper

18. Keep stir-frying until the seasoning and ingredients are well absorbed, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle some chopped green onions before serving

19. Put the finished product on a plate. Look, the delicious cabbage and minced meat fried rice is ready, let’s serve and enjoy!
