Garlic Braised Ox Hoof Recipe

For animals, eat is a verb. But for us humans, it's not just that. When eating, there are many aspects to consider. It has to be delicious and good for the body. And if you can do it yourself, both aspects will be satisfied. Now, let me introduce to you the method of braised beef trotters with garlic flavor.

1.1 Cut the ingredients and set aside.

2.2 Cut the cow's hooves into sections, wash and blanch. Add light soy sauce, cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

3. Add ingredients to hot oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the pig’s trotters and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add appropriate amount of boiling water and simmer over low heat. (Forgot to take a picture, woo woo)

5. Stew for 5 minutes and poke it with chopsticks. If it is cooked, simmer over high heat until the sauce is reduced and serve.
