1. Prepare all materials

3. Add milk to egg yolk and stir evenly.

4. Add corn oil and mix well

5. Add 10g of white sugar to the egg yolk and stir evenly until the white sugar is completely dissolved.

6. The low-gluten flour should be sifted so that the baked cake tastes more delicate.

7. Add the sifted low-gluten flour to the egg yolks three times and stir quickly and evenly (do not make circles to avoid the flour from forming gluten, stir like cooking)

8. Set aside the egg mixture after stirring.

9. Add a little salt to the egg whites, then add baking powder and beat with an automatic egg beater.

10. Beat until foamy, add one-third of white sugar and continue beating.

11. Beat the egg whites until they are thick and fine, then add another one-third of the white sugar, continue beating, and then add the last bit of white sugar, and stop beating until hard foams form.

12. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 10 minutes

13. Take out one-third of the egg whites and pour them into the egg batter, stir quickly without making circles (to avoid defoaming), and then add another one-third and mix well.

14. Finally, add the remaining egg whites and stir quickly. Do not make circles.

15. Pour the evenly mixed cake batter into the prepared cup (I used a medium cup), and fill it to 80% (after pouring into the cup, pick up each cup and shake it to eliminate the bubbles inside)

16. Bake in the oven at 150 degrees, middle layer, for 30 minutes. When the cake comes out of the oven, insert a toothpick into the cake. If there is no residue on the toothpick when it comes out, it is cooked.

17. It is delicious and looks good. You can eat it after it is dried!
