5. Yuba should not be eaten with foods high in oxalic acid

Bean curd sticks are high in calcium. Calcium and oxalic acid can form insoluble or insoluble calcium oxalate, which affects the absorption of calcium. For example, spinach, bamboo shoots, amaranth, etc. contain high oxalic acid, but they are still okay if the cooking method is changed.
