1. Place butter and cream cheese in an oil-free and water-free container and soften at room temperature.

2. After softening, pour in yogurt.

3. Use a whisk to mix evenly, don't beat it.

4. Separate the egg white and yolk, and refrigerate the egg white for later use.

5. Add the egg yolks to the cheese one by one, stir evenly after adding one, and repeat this process three times.

6. Sift in flour and starch.

7. Use the folding technique, pick up the spatula from the bottom of the bowl and fold, or use the cutting technique, stir evenly until no flour particles are visible. Do not stir in circles. After processing, put it in the refrigerator for later use.

8. Take out the egg whites, pour in the granulated sugar in three times and beat the egg whites. Beat until wet foam forms, and when you lift the whisk you will see an upright pointed hook appear as shown in the picture.

9. Take out the egg yolk cheese, mix the beaten egg white with the egg yolk cheese evenly, and use the same flipping or cutting method, do not stir in circles~ While stirring, preheat the oven to 150°.

10. Wrap the outside of the removable bottom mold with tin foil, pour the prepared cake batter into the removable bottom mold, shake out the large bubbles, and smooth the surface of the cake.

11. Pour hot water into the baking tray, about 1.5-2 cm, put the mold into the baking tray, put it into the lower middle layer of the oven, and bake at 150° for 60 minutes. The temperature of each oven is different. You should adjust the time according to the conditions of your own oven and bake until the surface of the cake is golden brown. Insert a toothpick and take it out. If there is no residue, the cake is cooked.

12. The finished product is out of the oven. Let’s eat it. It tastes better when refrigerated.
