When it's time for dinner, I stare at the menu in a daze. I eat fast food every day and want to eat home-cooked meals, but time often doesn't allow and I'm not motivated enough. The method of making bunny sausage bread is extremely simple. It is a very simple and easy-to-learn dish. In less than half an hour, the delicious food can be presented to you. 1. Finished product picture. 2. Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread bucket in the order of liquid first and then classified, knead until the expansion stage, and add softened butter. 3. Continue kneading until the complete stage, when a glove film is formed and the edges of the holes are smooth. 4. Roll into a ball and put it directly into the bread bucket for basic fermentation (first rise) until it is twice its original size. If you dip your finger in water and stick it in there and it doesn't shrink immediately, fermentation is complete. 5. Knead for a few minutes to release the air, divide into 6 equal parts, cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes. 6. Take a dough and use a rolling mill to roll it from the middle to both ends into an oval shape. 7. Thin the bottom edge. 8. Roll up from top to bottom and pinch the joint. 9. After completing the tasks one by one, take turns rolling the dough into strips of about 40-50cm. The length determines the length of the rabbit's ears, that is, short-eared rabbit or long-eared rabbit. (The reason for kneading in turns is that the dough needs to relax and it is impossible to knead it all at once.) 10. Take a long strip and fold it in half, as shown in the picture, and put a sausage on it. (I used Shuanghui King of Kings sausages, cut them in half, so three sausages can make 6 bunnies) 11. First, pass the sausage on the left through the hole on the right, as shown in the picture. 12. Pass the other one through as well and adjust it so that the ear part can be separated into a "Y" shape with one side bent to look better. 13. Line the baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the prepared rabbit shapes in intervals. A gold pan or other non-stick baking pan does not need to be lined with baking paper. 14. Put a bowl of hot water under the oven to maintain the temperature and humidity for the final fermentation, which is the second fermentation. (I covered the bowl of hot water with a cloth to prevent the hot steam from rushing directly to the dough, which would cause uneven fermentation) 15. Prepare red beans. You can use black beans, red beans, chocolate beans, or none of them. After baking, use a chocolate pen or melt the chocolate and use a piping bag to squeeze out the eye shape. 16. Take it out after it has fermented to twice its original size and preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Glue eyes on the bunny. You can brush the surface with egg wash or not. I prefer the original color, so I don’t brush it with egg wash. 17. Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. (Everyone's oven power is different, please adjust it yourself. When the middle is colored properly, you can cover it with tin foil until it is finished.) 18. After baking, take out and let it cool until it is still warm, then seal and store, and eat as soon as possible! 19. [Storage method] It can be stored for up to two days at room temperature in summer! Do not refrigerate! If you feel like you can’t finish it, you can tie it up in a plastic bag and put it in the freezer. When you want to eat it, take it out the night before and let it warm to room temperature. Original recipe: 300g high flour, 36g condensed milk, 3g salt, 32g egg, 105g yogurt, 3g dry yeast, 55g water, 15g butter, 8 sausages, 16 red beans, enough to make 8 little rabbits. (Because my oven is 30L and the baking tray is relatively small, I multiplied the recipe by 0.83 according to the method provided by the original owner to make 6 bunnies. If your oven is larger, you can use the recipe for 8 bunnies.) 24. I use homemade yogurt.
