1. First, prepare an 8-inch (removable bottom grinder) and crush the prepared 120g (about one day) Oreo cookies into powder (you can put it in a bag and use a rolling pin), or you can use digestive biscuits, depending on your personal taste. Melt the butter over a simmering water bath.

2. Spread the biscuit powder evenly in the mold, pour in butter and stir.

3. After stirring evenly, press into shape and put in the refrigerator for about half an hour before use.

4. Pour the prepared 300g yogurt into a container, add about 40g of powdered sugar and stir. At the same time, place 15g of gelatin powder in another container, then pour in about 65g of milk and stir, allowing it to swell normally (about five minutes).

5. Next, heat the swollen gelatin powder over water to melt it until no more powder particles are visible, and set it aside. At the same time, pour 300g of whipped cream into a larger container and beat it until it is 70% whipped, until the consistency is about the same as yogurt.

6. Then pour the melted gelatin powder into the stirred yogurt and stir again.

7. Then pour the whipped cream into the yogurt and stir evenly.

8. The main ingredients are ready.

9. Then pour about 1/3 of the material into the mold and let it spread evenly. The rest is divided into four containers. The quantity of the four containers is gradually reduced in order. At the same time, about 3-4 drops of natural pigment are added to each container and stirred into shape.

10. Then pour them into the container in order of colors. The key point is that the pouring point must be above the center so that it can spread naturally and evenly. Mine was not done well because I did not control the amount of coloring and it did not spread well.

11. Finally, put it in the refrigerator for six or seven hours. I made it in the evening, took it out in the morning, and refrigerated it overnight. After taking it out, use a hair dryer to blow on the outer wall of the mold for a while, then push it upwards and the cake will come out.

12. Because Oreo cookies are used, some black powder sticks to the dough when it is cut, but it does not affect the taste.
