How to make Northeastern pizza

1. Weigh the dough ingredients and pour them into a bowl, knead them into a smooth dough, and place them in a warm place to ferment until they are twice as large (knead until they are smooth, no need to form a film)

10. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake on the middle layer for about 35-40 minutes until the cheese is colored
