Caramel Apple Bread Recipe

1. Add 50 ml of water to fine sugar and cook over low heat until it turns caramel color. Add 10 grams of butter and diced apples. Continue to cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes until the apples turn transparent and the water is dried up. Turn off the heat and let it cool for later use.

2. Divide the fermented dough into equal portions, roll into balls, and let it rest for 15 minutes. Roll the dough into a round shape, wrap the apple filling in the dough, and pinch the opening to seal.

3. Place the dough on a baking tray and let it rise until it increases to 1.5 times its original size. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake at 180 degrees on the middle layer for 20 minutes with upper and lower fire. (The oven power varies, observe the baking color)
