How to make oatmeal bread

1. Put all ingredients except butter into the bread pan.

2. Start the dough kneading function of the bread machine and set it to 30 minutes.

3. Add butter in the last 5 minutes and knead the dough.

4. Take out the dough, knead and beat it by hand for 5 minutes to make it smooth and delicate.

5. Put it into a container and place it in a warm place for natural fermentation or use a machine to heat and ferment (when the weather is cold, it is recommended to use the fermentation function of an oven or bread machine to speed up the fermentation)

6. Wait until it has fermented to twice its original size, take it out and knead it by hand for two minutes.

7. Weigh the dough and divide it into 12 equal portions.

8. Roll them into small balls and arrange them neatly, leaving small gaps between each one.

9. Put the dough in the oven and set it to the fermentation function. Let the dough ferment until it is twice its original size and stays together.

10. Set the oven to 160 degrees and bake on the middle layer for 15 minutes until the surface of the bread is golden brown.

11. Crack an egg into a bowl and stir it with chopsticks.

12. Take out the bread, brush it with egg liquid, and then put it back into the oven and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
