16. Place the dough with the seam facing downwards and press it flat with your hands.

17. Use a rolling dough to measure and shape it into a rectangle.

18. Use a knife to cut a slit in half without cutting through it.

19. Turn over and roll up the half that has not been cut from bottom to top.
