How to make strawberry jam bread

1. Prepare the ingredients and weigh all the ingredients for later use

2. Put warm water, sugar, milk powder, condensed milk and yeast into the bread bucket

3. Add 2/3 egg liquid and pour in all the high-gluten flour

4. Add butter cubes

5. Then put the bread bucket into the bread machine, turn on the power and set the program to knead the dough for 30 minutes. When the dough is clumping, add salt and continue to finish.

6. When you see the fascia expansion

7. Put the dough into the fermentation box (28-30 degrees) and ferment for 20 minutes (if you don’t have an oven to ferment, it depends on your oven)

8. The hole does not shrink when you poke it with dry powder

9. Then rub the air into a long circular shape

10. Divide into 60g pieces, knead into round shapes, cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 10 minutes.

11. Then roll it into a round cake

12. Add appropriate amount of strawberry jam

13. Seal the tiger's mouth tightly

14. Turn it upside down and place it on a small paper tray (you don’t need to use it if you don’t have one)

15. Wrap all the dough and put them on the baking tray. Use the remaining 1/3 of the egg liquid to spread evenly on the surface and sprinkle a little white sesame seeds.

16. Put it back into the fermentation box for secondary fermentation (20 minutes). Without a fermentation box, the fermentation time at room temperature will be longer!

17. Then put it into the preheated 160 degree oven and bake it in the middle layer for 15 minutes (check at any time to prevent over-baking)

18. Let it cool down naturally before eating. Be careful not to burn your mouth if it is too hot.

19. Soft and fluffy, with a milky and jamy flavor ^_^
