1. Vegetable Meatballs

Take the meatballs out of the refrigerator and thaw them, then slice them; wash the green peppers and cut them diagonally; chop a few garlic cloves, peel and wash them, and when the preparations are done, you can turn on the fire, pour in cooking oil, preheat, add garlic, fry until fragrant, add green peppers or vegetable peppers, stir-fry for a while, and bring out the aroma of the peppers; add the meatball slices and stir-fry for a while; since beef balls are not easy to cook, add some water, add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence and seasonings, cover the pot and simmer for a while; after simmering until the meatballs are cooked, they can be served.

3. Mushroom Meatballs

Wash and slice the mushrooms. Boil water. Slice the meatballs. When the oil is hot, pour in the mushrooms and add salt flakes and stir-fry. Add the meatballs and stir-fry, then turn off the heat. Add chopped green onion and shredded chili and mix well.
