How to make watermelon cookies

1. Soften the butter at room temperature and put it in the microwave for 15 seconds.

4. Add milk powder and baking powder and mix well.

5. Add sifted flour and mix well.

6. Divide the dough into two portions, add red yeast rice powder to the larger portion (185 grams) and mix well. Add 85g of small bowl of matcha powder and mix well. Then shape the red yeast rice dough into a cylindrical shape with your hands, adjusting the size yourself, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for half an hour. Then roll the matcha powder dough into the same length as the red yeast rice dough, about 3CM thick. Take out the frozen dough, wrap it, and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for one hour.

7. Preheat the oven, take out the frozen dough, slice it, sprinkle it with black sesame seeds, put it in the oven, bake it at 160℃ for 10 minutes, and then bake it at 140℃ for 10 minutes.

8. Take out the baked cookies and seal them for storage after cooling. Shelf life about 20 days
