How to make a cake as soft as cotton

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The method of making a cake as soft as cotton is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. There is no need to fry, deep-fry or stew it. You can enjoy the delicious taste by serving it with clear soup.

1. Prepare all the materials. Separate the egg whites and yolks from 3 eggs. Put the egg whites in a bowl without oil or water.

2. Heat the salad oil until boiling. Add the sifted low-gluten flour while the oil is hot and remove from the heat. Quickly stir into a hot dough.

3. Add condensed milk to the hot dough and mix well.

4. Add 30g whole egg liquid and 3 egg yolks into the hot dough and mix evenly into egg yolk batter.

5. Add sugar to the egg whites in three batches and beat until it becomes wet and can be whipped with a curved hook.

6. Take 1/3 of the beaten egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly, just like the stirring action when cooking. Do not make circles to avoid defoaming.

7. Add the batter to the remaining egg whites and mix well.

8. Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with baking paper.

9. Preheat the oven, place the cake in the middle layer of the oven, bake at 175 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Use a toothpick to poke into the cake. If there is no residue on the toothpick after taking it out, the cake is baked.

10. After it comes out of the oven, turn it upside down on the cooling rack, tear off the wax paper, and cut it into pieces for consumption after it cools down.
