How to make oil-free and water-free yogurt cake

1. Separate the egg yolk and egg white

2. Add egg yolk to yogurt and mix

3. Sift in low-gluten flour and starch

4. Mix into a uniform batter without particles

5. Add sugar to the egg whites three times and beat until it becomes dry foam.

6. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the egg yolk paste.

7. Pour the egg yolk paste into the meringue and mix it. Apply a layer of butter on the cake mold and pour it into the mold.

8. Put about two-thirds of the hot water in the bottom baking tray of the oven, then put the baking net on the baking tray and put the cake batter on it, and bake at 150 degrees for about 70 minutes.

9. The baked cake will be automatically demoulded without turning it upside down

10. Remove from the mold and place on a plate. It will taste better after refrigerating.
