9. Soak the pickled cherry blossoms in water. If the flowers cannot be opened, use a toothpick to open them gently.

10. Take out the solidified cheesecake, gently place the cherry blossoms on it, and then slowly pour the cooled Sprite liquid into the cake.

11. Put the decorated cake in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

12. Remove the mold. Apply a hot towel to the mold and then slowly open the mold. It will melt a little after opening. You can put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.

In the making of cherry blossom cake, there is no need for all kinds of fancy methods, only simple operations are needed. It can be taken off the pan very quickly, and the stir-frying feeling makes it more fragrant and fully awakens the taste buds.
