How to make chocolate milk steamed cake (rice cooker version)

Bring some ingredients home after work and cook a good meal. Even if the dishes are not so exquisite, they can still give people a sense of satisfaction. So don’t be lazy if you can cook for yourself. The recipe of chocolate milk steamed cake (rice cooker version) is very simple and suitable for those "lazy people". It can also promote health to a certain extent.

1. The following materials need to be weighed and set aside.

2. Separate the egg yolk and egg white, and refrigerate the egg white for later use. Add milk and corn oil to egg yolks and mix well.

3. Sift in the low flour without making circles.

4. As shown in the picture, stir the egg yolk paste up and down evenly until it becomes a fine and sticky state and set aside.

5. Take out the egg white, add 7 drops of white vinegar and a spoonful of powdered sugar.

6. Beat with a whisk at low speed until small bubbles form, then add a spoonful of powdered sugar.

7. Continue beating until texture forms, then pour in the remaining powdered sugar.

8. Then gradually shift from low gear to high gear until hard foam does not fall off as shown in the picture.

9. Add one third of egg white foam into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly.

10. Add another one third of egg white foam and continue stirring.

11. Then pour all the remaining egg white foam into the egg yolk paste, stir until it is smooth and free of particles, then add cocoa butter. (You can also add your favorite strawberry jam, blueberry jam, etc.)

12. After stirring evenly, put it into the rice cooker and shake it a few times.

13. Turn on the power and preheat, select the cooking function in the menu (I use an old rice cooker). For the new one, you can directly select the cake button.

14. After the cooking function is completed, it will automatically display OK, but do not rush to open the lid. It is best to simmer for another 10 to 15 minutes. After it cools down a bit, take it out and turn it upside down. The surface is smooth and shiny, very beautiful as shown in the picture below. (The ones that come out of the oven don’t have this gloss)

15. Finally, cut the meat, plate it, and take a beautiful photo!

You can use your imagination and add your favorite ingredients and sauces to create your own creative dish. Cooking is not difficult. As long as you are willing, you will immediately gain confidence even if you are not good at cooking.
