After setting for 25 minutes, put down the baking tray and bake until the surface is colored. Remember to cover with a layer of tin foil to prevent the surface from being too dark. 12. I am very satisfied with the color. 13. After the bread is out of the oven, remove it from the mold while it is still hot and place it on a drying rack to cool. Store in a fresh-keeping bag.
