How to make red bean toast bread

The method of making red bean toast bread does not take too much time and can be completed in just a few simple steps.

1. List of required materials (except butter and red bean paste)

2. Place salt and sugar diagonally, dig a hole in the middle and put the yeast powder in it, add milk and then the egg liquid, start the food processor to knead the dough, and knead the dough at the second speed for 20 minutes. It will look like this.

3. Add softened butter and knead the dough on the second gear for another 20 minutes.

4. It will come out like this. Take it out and toss the dough for 5 minutes by throwing and kneading. Now the dough can form a film.

5. Shape the dough into a round shape and place it in a pot to ferment.

6. After placing it, cover it with a lid or seal it with plastic wrap.

7. Preheat the oven and put the pot in for fermentation for 60 minutes.

8. When it comes out twice as big, poke it with your hand and it won’t bounce back.

9. Tidy up and push a few times with your fist to release the air.

10. Divide into three doses.

11. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 15 minutes. Take out the red bean filling and set aside.

12. Roll one of the dough into a rectangle, put the red bean filling on it and roll it up.

13. Cut the rolled dough several times with a knife without cutting it through, twist it and put it into the toast mold.

14. The three doughs are put into the toast mold.

15. Put it in the oven for a second fermentation for 60 minutes. If it is not 80% full, let it rise for another 10 minutes.

16. When it is 80% full, take it out and brush it with egg liquid.

17. Preheat the oven to 200° for 10 minutes. When the thermometer shows 190°, you can put the mold into the oven and bake. Finally, set the oven to 200° for 40 minutes. My thermometer showed 190° and the baking was completed.

18. This is what it looks like after 10 minutes of baking. Once it starts to color, you can cover it with tin foil immediately.

19. Add the tin foil and bake until the whole process is completed.

20. Take it out and demould it immediately.

21. Turn it over and take a look! Original photo without decoration.
