Unexpected method of making intoxicated foie gras

8. Soak the bean curd skin and blanch it in boiling water.

9. Make oyster sauce vinaigrette. Mix two spoons of oyster sauce, two spoons of balsamic vinegar and one spoon of sugar.

10. Place the foie gras on the bean curd skin.

11. Chop the Huadiao jelly into small pieces and place it on the foie gras sauce.

12. Pour oyster sauce and balsamic vinegar on top.
