How to make homemade hawthorn preserves

1. Soak hawthorn in light salt water for ten minutes

4. Steam until soft.

7. Bake at 90 degrees for 15 minutes on the lower and middle layers, then adjust to 60 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes

8. Take it out and let it cool, then peel it off slowly.

9. Just arrange and cut into pieces or strips. It can be stored for a long time in a bag.
