How to make apple tart

1. Main materials and tools. The main ingredients listed are for the crust, the side ingredients are for the fillings, and the seasonings except for powdered sugar for decoration are syrup for brushing on the surface of the apples.

2. Soften the butter at room temperature and mix it with the sifted flour.

3. Add half an egg and salt and mix well.

4. Knead into dough, be careful not to over-knead, and it will be basically shaped.

5. Flatten the dough slightly and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

6. Take out the refrigerated dough, sprinkle appropriate amount of flour on the table, and use a rolling pin to roll it into a 2mm thick tart crust.

7. Roll the dough into a mousse circle with a diameter of 18cm.

8. Trim the edges and make some holes at the bottom of the tower.

9. Place baking paper on the dough and cover with pebbles (sand is best as it is more even and gives the final product a better shape).

10. Place in oven, 180°C, 15 minutes

11.Peel the apples and cut into pieces.

12. Place the apples on the baked tart crust. Put all the ingredients in the seasoning except powdered sugar into a pot, heat them, and brush them on the surface of the apples.

13.Put it back in the oven and bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

14. After 10 minutes, beat all ingredients except apples with a whisk and pour into the tower clock. Bake at 200°C for another 15 minutes.

15. After baking, take out and sprinkle with powdered sugar. WELL DONE
