How to make raisin light cheesecake

1. Prepare all the materials

2. Heat the cream cheese and sugar in water and stir until smooth!

3. Add egg yolk, milk and butter to cheese one by one and stir until smooth.

4. Beat the egg whites, pour in some lemon water first, and then add sugar in 3 times after it becomes coarse bubbles!

5. Beat the egg whites until they are peaks without bending and become hard foam!

6. Add one third of the meringue into the batter!

7. Stir the meringue and egg yolk paste evenly!

8. Pour the evenly stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white paste!

9. Stir up and down until even and smooth!

10. Pour the batter into the mold and shake it a few times to eliminate bubbles! Preheat the oven to 150 degrees, middle layer, bake for 1 hour! This requires adding water to the baking pan and baking it in water!

11. After baking, do not turn it upside down immediately and remove it from the mold. After it cools down, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour before removing it from the mold. The taste will be better!

12. It is also very convenient to demould after refrigeration!
