7. Add lemon juice when the mixture is 70% dispersed

9. Add a little egg white paste to the egg yolk paste and mix well

10. Then add all the egg white paste into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly for later use

11. Turn on the oven, preheat the upper and lower fire to 140℃, and prepare the paper cup piping bag

12. Use a piping bag to squeeze the batter into the paper cup, about 70% full, and bake in the upper middle layer of the oven for 40 minutes.

13. Next, start making the decorative cream. Soften the butter at room temperature and add powdered sugar.

14. Beat until the volume is fluffy and the color turns white.

15. Then add the chopped cream cheese and beat until fluffy and smooth.

16. Let the baked cupcakes cool down and place them on a plate. You can eat them now without decorating them.
