How to make oil-free bread

1. Weigh the ingredients separately

2. Except for the egg liquid, put the liquid first and then the solid into the bread machine, beat the sugar and salt diagonally, make a small hole in the flour, and put in the yeast

3. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for ten minutes, cover the lid for ten minutes, start the bread machine again and knead the dough for forty minutes

4. Let the dough ferment in the bread machine until it doubles in size. Start the bread machine and knead the dough for a few minutes to exhaust the air.

5. Put the dough on the dough board, knead it until smooth, cover it with plastic wrap and let it relax for 15 minutes.

6. Divide the dough into equal portions

7. Take a dough, roll it into a long strip, and rub it into a spiral shape with your hands one in front and one behind.

8. Pinch the two ends together to form a twist shape

9. Spin it into the shape shown below, pinch the opening downwards

10. Arrange them one by one and put them in the baking tray

11. Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, and put a basin of hot water underneath

12. When the bread dough has doubled in size, take out the baking tray and brush the surface of the dough with egg liquid (preheat the oven to 140 degrees for five minutes)

13. Place in the lower middle layer of the baking tray and bake at 140 degrees for 25 minutes
