How to make two-color cake

A reasonable diet is not only good for physical health, but also can have a certain therapeutic effect on some diseases. In normal times, we must not just settle for three meals a day. In fact, many delicious meals do not require too many skills. The method of making two-color cake is very simple and contains a variety of nutrients.

1. Weigh some ingredients. I have put the oil and milk together, but forgot to pat the flour together.

2. Put the egg whites and egg yolks into containers separately.

3. Stir the milk and salad oil until they are blended, add into the beaten egg yolks, then add fine sugar and continue beating.

4. First add 2/3 of the sifted low-gluten flour and stir evenly with a manual whisk.

5. Sift in the remaining low-gluten flour, stir evenly until there are no particles, and set aside.

6. First add 5 drops of lemon juice to the egg whites, then add 1 gram of tartar powder and beat at low speed.

7. Add 1/3 of white sugar to the beaten egg whites and beat at medium speed with an electric whisk.

8. When the egg whites are beaten into fine lines, add 1/3 of fine sugar.

9. Add the remaining granulated sugar and continue beating until the egg white liquid becomes more and more stiff and the texture becomes finer.

10. First add 1/3 of egg whites to the batter in Figure 5.

11. Pour the mixed batter into the remaining egg whites.

12. Use cutting and folding methods to completely blend the egg whites and batter.

13. Put the matcha powder into a bowl, then take an appropriate amount of cake batter into the bowl and mix evenly.

14. Take half of the original cake batter and pour it into the matcha batter.

15. Use a rubber spatula to stir evenly.

16. Take two piping bags and put the original cake batter and the tea cake batter into the bags respectively.

17. First put a piece of wax paper in the baking tray, then take the matcha cake batter and squeeze it diagonally into the tray. Make sure to leave a row empty after each row. After squeezing the matcha cake batter, squeeze the original cake batter into the empty space. Then put the baking tray into the preheated oven, bake at 150 degrees on the middle layer for 35 minutes.

18. After baking, turn it upside down on the baking rack, tear off the baking paper and let it cool. Then I cut the cake into small pieces.

Not having time to cook is a problem faced by many office workers. Learning simple cooking can solve this problem. The double-color cake dish only takes a dozen minutes to make. Just add an appropriate amount of soy sauce to enhance the color before serving.
