How to make strawberry yogurt cake roll

Only when we are healthy can we work better and enjoy all the good things in life. It is very frustrating if our health is damaged by improper diet. Strawberry yogurt cake roll is simple to make and contains many nutrients needed by the human body, which is very good for health.

1. Weigh and prepare the ingredients, and separate the egg yolk and egg white.

2. Beat the egg yolks, add sugar and mix well. Add corn oil to the egg yolks in three times and mix well.

3. Add yogurt to step 2 and mix well.

4. Divide 3 into two containers in a ratio of 2:1. Similarly, divide the low flour into two parts in a ratio of 2:1. Add 2% low flour and all red yeast rice powder on the left, and only the remaining low flour on the right. Use the cutting and mixing method to mix them into red yeast rice powder egg yolk paste and ordinary egg yolk paste respectively and set aside.

5. Add fine sugar to the egg white bowl in three batches and beat until moist. (The egg whites of the egg beater are in a curved shape. For detailed steps, please refer to the egg white beating method of my pistachio colorful cake)

6. Mix the beaten egg white with the two egg yolk pastes in the same ratio of 2:1. A. First, take out one-third of the egg white in a ratio of 2 and mix it with the red yeast rice flour and egg yolk paste. Then mix it with two-thirds of the egg whites and set aside. B. Refer to step A and cut and mix the ordinary egg yolk paste evenly.

7. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for five minutes. During this time, pour the red yeast rice cake batter into one side of the baking pan and spread it flat along this side; then pour the ordinary cake batter into the other side of the baking pan so that the two cake batters can be naturally connected and flattened. Drop the baking tray from 30cm above the table onto the table, repeat several times to shake out the bubbles.

8. Set the oven to 170 degrees and bake for 15 minutes. Take out the baking tray 10 minutes after baking and drop it from 30cm above the table. Repeat several times to allow it to dissipate heat quickly.

9. Place it face up for a few minutes (until it is not hot or sticky when touched), then turn it upside down on a cooling rack covered with wax paper, and remove it from the mold after sufficient heat has been dissipated. The marble gradient pattern cake body was made successfully.

10. Add fine sugar to the whipped cream and beat. After the cake has cooled, spread the cream on it and place a row of strawberries on it. (Apply less cream on the sides and more thickly in the middle, so that when the cake is rolled up, the center circle will feel full of cream)

11. Pick up one side and wrap it around the center cream bulge and roll it up; wrap it with wax paper and put it in the refrigerator to set for 20 minutes.

12. Pipe flowers on the top of the cake roll and decorate with fruits as desired.

13. Cut a few pieces and eat them. Each piece has big strawberries wrapped in thick cream, which tastes great.
