How to make refreshing cold green beans

Refreshing cold green beans is a home-cooked dish that is very lifelike. You don’t need to prepare seasonings deliberately to make this dish. Just the basic salt, MSG, soy sauce and vinegar at home can make a delicate dish. The soup of this dish looks even more delicious and makes people drool.

1. Prepare the ingredients, remove the stems of green beans and wash them clean;

2. Chop ginger and garlic, and cut dried red pepper into small sections;

3. Put water in a pot, add green beans and blanch until cooked;

4. Drain the blanched green beans, cool them down, cut them into oblique sections, put them in a small bowl, sprinkle minced ginger, minced garlic, and dried red pepper on the top, and add appropriate amounts of Wei Ji Xian, pepper powder, balsamic vinegar, and salt;

5. Add a small amount of oil into the wok and heat it over low heat until the oil is 90% hot.

6. Pour the refined oil on the seasoning, mix well and serve.
