8. Divide the dough into 1/4, roll it into 8-inch round dough on the chopping board, place it on the pizza plate, stand up the edges of the dough a little, poke some small holes on the dough, brush it with olive oil, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it ferment for another 20 minutes.

9. Brush a layer of pizza sauce on the fermented dough, separate the egg white and take the egg yolk, and brush a layer of egg yolk on the edge.

10. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese... top with bacon and mushrooms... shredded cheese... squid and green peppers... shredded cheese... green beans and shrimps... purple cabbage.

11. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the pizza for 20 minutes.

12. Take out after 20 minutes and sprinkle with a layer of shredded cheese. Bake for 10 minutes and take out.
