How to make fried wontons

Having a healthy body is everyone's wish, and in order to achieve this wish, daily diet cannot be neglected. Fried wontons are simple to make, economical and affordable, and the nutrition is not inferior to those expensive foods. We might as well eat more of this delicacy in our daily life.

1. Buy a set of wonton wrappers and prepare half a bowl of lean meat, pork tenderloin is also OK.

2. Add a spoonful of chicken essence and a little salt and marinate the meat for 10 minutes.

3. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put a small piece of meat in the middle of the wonton wrapper.

4. Use four fingers to gather the meat in the middle of the wonton wrapper, which looks like a butterfly.

5. Place the wrapped wontons on a plate with the meat end on top.

6. Wrap a plate of wontons and set aside

7. Add oil to a hot pan. When the oil is five minutes hot, turn down the heat and put the wontons in to start frying.

8. When one side of the wonton is fried until golden brown, turn it over and continue frying.

9. Fry until both sides turn golden brown.
