How to make low-sugar cocoa chocolate bean mochi bagel

9. Preheat the oven to 70 degrees with both upper and lower heat on for 5 minutes, then bake for 15 minutes. If it is a smaller oven, you may need to use 180 degrees. You can try it yourself and then adjust the temperature.

10. Pour out the bread immediately after baking. If you cannot pour it out immediately, you can use the tip of a demoulding tool to hook the bread out from the center.
