Salt-baked fish recipe

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So we should learn how to cook. Here I will introduce salt-baked fish to you.

1. Cut the fresh bream into two halves and clean it: remove the gills and rinse the fish inside and out, especially the black film inside the belly, which must be scraped clean.

2.1 Wash and peel potatoes, carrots and lettuce, cut into dice, wash and cut onions into strips; heat a frying pan and add a little white grape seed oil, pour the potato cubes, carrot cubes and lettuce cubes into the pan and fry them for a while until the water is slightly dried and the skin is charred, pour the onion shreds into the pan and stir-fry until fragrant;

3.2 Take a small bowl, pour the salt-baked powder into the bowl, add refined salt and ground pepper (adjust the amount according to personal taste) and mix well; drain the cleaned fish, apply the salt-baked mixture evenly on the fish body and the belly; spread the fish on the grill and "marinate" for 3-4 hours for later use;

4. Put the stir-fried and drained vegetables into a baking tray lined with tin foil, drizzle with white grapeseed oil, and sprinkle with a little salt;

5. Mix the remaining salt-baked mixture in the bowl with the White Snow Grapeseed Oil, and use a brush to evenly apply the oil to the fish body on both sides;

6. Place the fish skin that has been brushed with oil on the baking tray and spread it flat on the mixed vegetables. Sprinkle with dried rosemary and grind some pepper on the fish. Place the baking tray in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes. Take it out and turn it over and brush it with oil again in the middle. Drizzle the grilled fish with lemon juice and serve.

Salt-baked grilled fish may seem complicated, but if you put your heart into it, you can make it right in just a few tries. In addition, if you give yourself some special care every now and then, your mood will improve and you will naturally be healthier.
