How to make meat and shrimp wonton filling

Every region has different ways of eating noodles, and in some coastal areas, people prefer to make noodles into wontons. In fact, Hun Dun is somewhat similar to the Chao Shou in Sichuan Province, but the production methods of the two are slightly different. In coastal areas, wontons are a favorite pasta, so the characteristics of coastal areas are also incorporated into wontons, such as fresh meat and shrimp wontons. What is the method for making fresh meat and shrimp wontons?

Fresh meat and shrimp wontons are probably the most common wontons, and the preparation is also very simple. Just follow the steps below and you can prepare a bowl of fragrant and crispy fresh meat and shrimp wontons for your family and friends on weekends.

Ingredients: Fresh pork, shrimp, chopped green onion, pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce, wonton wrapper

practice:

1. Prepare the meat filling: chop fresh pork (mostly lean meat, with a little fat) into the meat filling, chop the shrimp into small pieces, add a little chopped green onion, pepper, salt, sugar and soy sauce, stir with chopsticks in one direction, and let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavor.

2. Take a piece of wonton wrapper and put the filling on one corner of the short side.

3. Roll up the skin.

4. Continue to roll the skin upwards to form a triangle and pinch it with your left thumb.

5. Keep your left thumb still, and pinch the other corner with your right thumb and index finger (note that your left thumb is on the upper side of the wonton wrapper, while your right thumb is on the lower side, in opposite directions)

6. Use the thumbs and index fingers of both hands to lift the two corners (the left thumb is still on the upper side of the wonton wrapper, and the right thumb is on the lower side, in opposite directions)

7. Rotate it slightly and pinch the two corners together. To prevent them from getting loose, you can dip them in a little boiled water or egg liquid to stick them together.

8. Pour water into the pot, bring it to a boil, put in the wontons, and cook until the surface of the wontons becomes transparent and floats on the water, then you can turn off the heat. Pour a little soy sauce, sesame oil and diced pickled mustard tuber into a bowl, add a little soup to dissolve, then add the wontons and sprinkle with coriander.
