How to make rice cooker cake?

1. Take six eggs, break the eggshells, separate the egg whites and yolks, and put them in two clean, water-free and oil-free containers respectively. Put the egg whites in the containers in the refrigerator for later use.

2. Use an electric whisk to mix the egg yolks, then add two spoons of sugar and stir.

3. Add seven tablespoons of low-gluten flour and 1 gram of baking powder, then add 14 flat spoons of pure milk.

4. Finally, add one and a half spoons of salad oil and continue to stir the egg yolk paste evenly. Be careful not to add too much oil.

5. Take out the container containing egg white from the refrigerator and add 3-4 drops of white vinegar, two grams of salt and two level spoons of white sugar in turn.

6. Beat with a whisk until it becomes white and fine foam, and the volume increases two or three times. If chopsticks are inserted for half a minute without falling, it means the egg white is well beaten.

7. Divide the beaten egg white into two equal parts and add them into the egg yolk paste twice. Stir it back and forth like cooking and mix well until no white foam is seen.

8. Continue to add the other half of the egg white, do not make circles to avoid defoaming, and stir evenly.

9. Preheat the rice cooker, add half a spoonful of oil, and use a brush to apply a layer of oil on the bottom and walls of the pot.

10. Pour the prepared egg white and egg white into the preheated rice cooker, sprinkle with a little sesame seeds and raisins, and then sprinkle a little salad oil and cover.

11. Cover the vent with a wet cloth, press the cooking button to switch to the keep warm button, and simmer for 25 minutes without removing the lid.

12. Take out the inner pot of the rice cooker, turn it upside down to remove it from the mold, and the soft and delicious cake is out of the oven!
