How to make original egg tart

Does your busy daily work make you feel tired? Are you frustrated by years of overtime work? Next, make an original egg tart like me to relax and comfort yourself.

1. Separate the yolk from the egg

2. Put low-gluten flour, sugar and condensed milk in another bowl

3. Pour in milk and stir

4. Place the bowl of milk mixture in a pot over water, heat over low heat, and stir constantly until it is evenly mixed;

5. After the milk mixture cools down, add the egg yolk liquid

6. Mix thoroughly and filter

7. Pour into the tart crust until 80% to 90% full

8. Preheat the oven for 3 to 5 minutes in advance, upper heat 180 degrees, lower heat 160 degrees, hot air circulation, and bake for about 20 minutes.

9. The golden egg tart is still oozing with oil and sizzling when it is just out of the oven.

10. My tart is a little thicker, mainly because there are too many egg yolks, so just one is enough.

11. Paired with coffee milk (freshly brewed coffee milk) and potato salad, it was someone and someone else's weekend breakfast.
