9. If you are not sure, use a spatula or chopsticks to stick it vertically. If it does not fall, it means it is done.

10. Divide the cooled white kidney bean puree into four equal parts and prepare various fruit flavored powders.

11. Take one of them and add 10 grams of blueberry powder

12. Then stir evenly. The blueberry flavored mooncake filling is ready. Follow steps 11-12 for the remaining three flavors.

13. Put the four flavors of white kidney bean mooncake fillings, blueberry, strawberry, pineapple and taro, into bags and store them to prevent the surface from drying out.

14. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll them into balls to make mooncakes.
