Brownie Cupcakes Recipe

This is a delicious dish that can be served to guests. Brownie cupcakes are very nutritious and have the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach, clearing away heat and detoxifying, and can help the body eliminate toxins. There are not many restrictions when making brownie cupcakes. If you can put them in the refrigerator for a few hours and then take them out, the taste will be better. 1. Prepare all the materials

2. Sift the brownie powder. There are chocolate beans in it. After sifting the powder, pour the chocolate beans directly into the powder.

3. Pour the egg (beat an egg, use two spoons of the same size as the one in the picture), oil (canola oil is acceptable if olive oil is not available), and water together.

4. Stir well (you can start preheating the oven to 165℃ at this step)

6. Put the cake into the oven after preheating and set it to 165℃ for 30 minutes. During this period, when the cake has risen, you can use a toothpick to poke it to see if there is any hanging object. If not, it is baked and can be taken out.

7. Take it out and let it cool

8. The skin will become hard after cooling down. Don’t worry, it won’t be too hard unless you overbake it.

9. You can whip the cream while it cools down.

10. Use an electric mixer to make foam at low speed, then turn to high speed to whip. If the weather is hot, it is best to beat it in ice water, otherwise it may not be whipped, and the oil and water may separate. The whipped cream will have an inverted triangle shape and feather-like texture.

11. Put in the piping tape and squeeze out the shape you like. I used a 2D rose nozzle.

12. Sprinkle with cocoa powder
