In a busy life, it is a great happiness to be able to have a delicious meal when you return home. If you don’t have much time to prepare dinner, you can choose simple ingredients, stir-fry them briefly and they are ready to go. The method of making assorted mooncakes is that simple.

1. Crush the peanuts and almonds in a machine! Wash the black sesame and white sesame and dry them in water! Fry the above ingredients over low heat.

2. Prepare cooked glutinous rice flour! Bake in the oven! Prepare the honey! Warm water! Add white sugar and mix the ingredients in step one evenly!

3. Make mooncake fillings!

4. Add appropriate amounts of flour, glutinous rice flour, egg yolk and sugar to flour! If you like sweet things, add more sugar to the mooncake skin! Knead the dough! Put it in a fresh-keeping cover for an hour!

5. Knead the dough into a small, round, thin piece! Add the fillings from step 2

6. Use your hands to stick them into circles.

7. After pressing, put it into the mooncake mold and cover it into printed shapes!

8. Preheat the upper and lower rooms to 230 degrees and bake for 20 minutes!
