How to make Mid-Autumn Snow Mooncakes

There are many things we need to deal with in life. No matter what, we should not be too casual about eating. After all, only by eating healthily can we have a good body. The Mid-Autumn Festival snow skin mooncakes are easy to make. The ingredients needed are not only common but also healthy. Making them by yourself can also ensure hygiene, killing two birds with one stone.

1. Wash the red beans, soak them for a while, then crush them in a pressure cooker, and filter out the bean paste. Use a gauze bag to filter out the pure bean paste. The water should be squeezed out as dry as possible. Put it in a pot, pour in appropriate amount of salad oil and white sugar, and stir-fry until the water is dry. The pure bean paste is ready!

2. Mix all the ingredients except the red bean paste and steam them in a steamer for 20 minutes. Take them out and let them cool, then put them in the refrigerator to cool for a while.

3. Take 20g of dough and 30g of red bean paste filling and roll them into balls.

4. Wrap the bean paste in the snow skin like making dumplings, then put it into the mold and press it into shape.
