How to cook pork liver in black pepper and tomato sauce

1. Soak the purchased pork liver in clean water with a large spoonful of white vinegar for two hours to fully soak out the blood.

2. Wash and slice the green pepper and onion, wash and cut the tomatoes into pieces of appropriate size, and cut the ginger into shreds.

3. Cut the soaked pork liver into pieces of the size shown in the picture, about the thickness of a thumb.

4. Add appropriate amount of black pepper, cooking wine, salt and starch to the chopped pork liver and mix well.

5. Add a spoonful of honey to the mixed pork liver and mix well so that the surface of the pork liver is fully covered with honey.

6. Two tablespoons of tomato sauce, one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, two teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of white vinegar, a little salt and appropriate amount of black pepper, mix the starch into juice and set aside.

7. Add appropriate amount of oil into the pot, and add pork liver and shredded ginger when the oil is hot.

8. Fry over low heat until the surface of the liver turns white, then serve.

9. No need to add more oil in the pot. Use the base oil to add the chopped tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes release water.

10. Add the chopped onions, green peppers and pork liver and stir well. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about one minute. The specific time depends on the size of the pork liver.

11. Open the pot and add the sauce prepared in advance.

12. Stir-fry for a while until the soup becomes thick.
