How to cook steamed winter melon with scallops

Nowadays, many people work and live alone outside. They want to learn how to cook, but they just can’t do it well. In order to solve this problem, I will now teach you how to make steamed winter melon with scallops.

1. Soak the scallops in water for 2 hours.

2. After soaking, add ginger, green onion and broth and steam for 15 minutes.

3. Cut the winter melon into plum-shaped pieces and use a spoon to dig a hole in the middle.

4. Dig out winter melon

5. Place the steamed scallops in the holes of the plum blossom blocks.

6. Pour the water from the steamed scallops on top.

7. After steaming for 20 minutes, pour the soup into the pot.

8. Heat the soup in the pot, add green and red pepper, thicken and pour over the plum blossom pieces.
