5. Pour the pre-softened butter into the dough and continue kneading for 5 minutes.

7. Roll the dough into long strips and then cut into three equal parts.

8. Use a rolling pin to roll each portion of dough into a long tongue shape.

9. Roll from one end to the other to make small curls.

10. Arrange the three small rolls with the interfaces facing downwards.

11. Place in a warm place to ferment or use a machine to heat and ferment until it is 2 to 2.5 times larger (beyond the toast box).

12. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 140 degrees on the upper layer and 170 degrees on the lower layer for 35 minutes.

13. The bright and soft pumpkin toast is out of the oven!
